light is a real skill! The computer power inside the camera will support you. The opposite end of the spectrum is the mobile phone or the Go Pro where it does all the thinking for you. This, of course, is wonderful but it is better to learn more and more about your camera and to gain some mastery over the machines. However, I have dived with Go Pro users who really work their equipment and make a serious effort. You can see the benefit of their work. Cameras are a lot like a violin. The better artist can really make it sing! The other comment here is that the violin does not play good music. Same for the camera, it is the human controlling the machine. As we enter the dangerous days of AI, the machine is gaining far more control of humans. Be careful humans! The rise of the machines is well underway and it is gaining momentum fast. The Terminator is becoming reality and Skynet is ever-present and becoming more omniscient by the day. I know that I am in a minority these days

when I say ‘Never give up your creativity for the convenience of a robot in a camera’. In the future, humankind will certainly resume the struggle to regain their own individuality and creativity and free themselves from the powers of those little machines that we love to give total control of every aspect of our lives. In the meantime, the challenge of underwater photography will always be there for us to enjoy.
