There is so much to see here! It’s a long way from Australia, but…… Above: Darwin Island is the northernmost island in the group and is known for its hammerhead encounters. The twin stacks are now known as Darwin’s Pillars. They formed an arch until erosion claimed the horizontal portion a few years ago.

Watching a giant tortoise wander through the forest on Santa Cruz Island is mesmerising.

Checking me out! One turtle on the trip was so chill it decided to come up and hover just under my chest for a few minutes.
