The friendly faces of the managers, Emmanuel and EJ and chefs greet you with big friendly smiles. After lunch, we spent the day diving from Gizo with Danny Kennedy. He has been the dive operator in Gizo for forty years but a new dive operation is starting up at Fat boy’s resort. After sorting out our hire gear, we headed off to

dive the Toa Maru. Our dive guide, Greg gave us an excellent dive briefing and run down on the 140-metre-long wreck. We followed him past about ten highlights of the Toa Maru. He was an excellent dive guide and he made the wreck really come alive. We dived down to the wreck in the 29-degree clear tropical water. Greg showed us the remains of an anti-aircraft gun and then the collection of bottles of black and white chalk, medical bottles, condoms and a Gas mask. Further down the
