Batfish like to form military lines

General comments. Above: The Blue water background creates a striking contrast making the fish ‘pop’. Right: Juvenile Batfish hiding in the strap weed for camouflage allows you to get a pleasing behaviour. If you are lucky, the Batfish will pose for you in the hope that it is protected. Below: To capture this extremely difficult photo of a Long Nose Hawkfish portrait , you beed to realign flashes, shoot up to capture the pleasing blue sky, be patient so the fish does not get frightened off.
