W akatobi’s is more than a great diving experience. Their service and facilities are level above. The resort has been built to provide the absolute best service for guests. I did mention to the Lorenz, owner of the resort that I was not used to be treated so well. If I got too used to it when I get home, my wife might divorce me. One area where they continue to innovate with great effect is in the area of friendly service. The staff are trained to remember your name, to greet you with a smile. But that is really not entirely correct. It is the way they are! The staff are genuinely friendly and interested in you and love to chat and look after you. It is a real joy to be amongst so many happy people. Wakatobi recently celebrated thirty years since Lorenz started Wakatobi.
