I had always heard that Fish Rock Cave is a “must-do” for divers, but my fi rst trip with South West Rocks Dive Centre (NSW) exceeded every expecta ti on. The dive shop runs like clockwork, professional, e ffi cient, and en ti rely focused on safety and enjoyable. Small dive groups and a team a tt uned to divers’ needs created a relaxed, personalized experi ence.* The dive sites were breathtaking. Grey nurse sharks dri ft ed through stunning turquoise-lit cave, while boulders and crevices teemed with wobbegong sharks, moray eels, and vibrant fi sh. A strong current on day one led to wise advice from our skipper to leave my big camera rig behind—a decision I appreciated as I adjusted to the con di ti ons. By day two, condi ti ons improved signi fi cuntly and I fully embraced the thrill of capturing the underwater magic. This trip opened my eyes to new adventures and reignited my passion for discovery.
